"I've been using this for a few months now and I do feel 'better '. I was experiencing perimenopause symptoms including weight gain. "I bought this 6 months ago ( maybe longer or less) because of a couple factors. 1) cheaper 2) truthful sourcing 3) no extra ingredients 4) felt them working 5) better than a multivitamin ( for me) I am 36 year old Busy homeschooling mom that also works , Multivitamins gave me indigestion and tummy issues no matter how i took them. These I forget i even take them because i have had no negative side effects. I feel natural energy, better skin and way less brain fog."
