This is not the cheapest creamer out there, let's just start with that. BUT, after trying to replace it maybe 6 times over the past year, I always end up going back. It's THAT good. It helps your nails, hair and skin grow and glow. The MCT oil in it also helps with energy and mood swings. The last creamer I tried from one of the other big brands gave me a headache every time.

Smooth, easily dissolves in hot beverages, and virtually tasteless. I add to my morning cup of coffee and it makes it a little creamier. The two pound container is a good value with 82 servings. There are 0g of carbs, 40 calories, and 10g protein per serving. LCP has high quality products that I have been buying for years.
